Assessment Task 1 involves creating an one-page infographic (A4 size) which incorporates information related to either a substance (e.g. alcohol, cannabis, tobacco, methamphetamine etc.) or behavioural addiction (e.g. gambling) of your choice.
There are two components to this assessment:
Part 1. Create an info-graphic on either substance or behavioural addiction which is informative, useful and meaningful to the reader. This should be targeted at a specific addiction and population of your choosing. This can be created in word, powerpoint or any other relevant program of your choosing. The only restriction is the format should be A4 in size.
Part 2 . 750-1000 word written piece which outlines and justifies the chosen target population, as well as the information included in the info-graphic. This written piece should include consideration of theories and models of addiction that informed the info-graphic.
