Examine management of human capital and how it supports strategic thinking (ST) and the learning organization (LO).
Analyze the impact structure and culture have on the creation and maintenance of ST/LO organizations
Formulate an inclusion and relationship-building strategy for managers within the organization.
Design your own management plan to meet current and future needs. Taking into consideration what you have learned this term (Organizational Structure, Culture, Behavior, etc.) provide at least three strategies that would help the organization move toward the future. For example explain how a manager can predict future challenges (internal & external factors, culture, structure influences, etc.) and what actions they can take to overcome these.
Include a reference cited page. This assignment requires the use of, at minimum, 7 scholarly course readings, plus any additional relevant scholarly sources.

The act of training requires planning and preparation. For this activity you will develop training materials that could be used to teach others about a useful Decision Making Tool or Technique.Your learners would be other employees, or in this case your classmates.
