The attached article is one of the more famous bureaucracy-related pieces of political science scholarship, and is considered a “must read” for all students of public administration. Read the attached article and respond to the following questions:

2. Was this encounter a generally positive experience, or negative experience, in your mind? What made the experience positive or negative?
3. In what ways did the “street-level bureaucrat,” in the experience you identify, further (or hinder) the public policy of his or her agency during their encounter with you?
4. Describe at least one way (using at least one specific reference to the article) in which this article helped you better understand or appreciate your encounter with a “street-level bureaucrat.”
Your essay must be between 6-8 pages in length, be double-spaced with standard (1-inch) margins and 12-point Times New Roman font. Your essay will be graded on a scale of 0-100 based on the following rubric: (a) does the essay meet the structural requirements of the essay prompt in terms of length, margins, font, etc.?; (b) does the essay adequately and fully address each of the questions in the essay prompt?; (c) are all references to outside sources/ideas/authority appropriately cited (you may use any citation method you chose – just be consistent throughout your essay)?; and (d) is the essay well-written and generally free of proofreading errors?

REPLY TO PEER BELOW
Dr. Bounds and Colleagues,
The project team must define the evaluation plan during the design phase to ensure consistency, prevent errors, and maintain focus to aid the project’s success (Dawson, 2019). An evaluation plan allows the team to center on meeting goals and outcomes and keeping budget, costs, timelines, and resources within an established domain. In addition, it emphasizes the metrics to determine successes, failures, next steps, and team performance in achieving project outcomes (Harris et al., 2020).
My scholarly project involves implementing a validated assessment tool to screen elderly patients outside the intensive care unit (ICU) for delirium, a significant but often unrecognized risk factor for adverse patient safety issues. The primary measurable outcome will show the percentage of patients screening positive for delirium using the tool. A measurable process outcome is the percentage of screenings completed on admission and each shift for patients meeting eligibility criteria. Another process measure would be the percentage of positively screened patients referred to providers during this project’s 8-12 week timeframe.
The electronic medical record (EMR) will be the primary source for outcomes evaluation. I will review the EMR of patients meeting eligibility requirements for an admission screening and continuous screening at least once per shift for up to 5 days post admission. I will also check the provider notification of the patient’s positive screening and the outcome of this notification. Hopefully, this will provide the needed data points to proceed with the analysis of results.

Hello everyone! My name is Diana, and I am pursuing my BA in Early Childhood Education. I am a wife and a mother of two beautiful children. I live in Donna, Texas, and love to cook for my family and friends, and sing karaoke on my weekends. I am excited to start off this new course and can’t wait to acquire new knowledge. With our professor’s help, we will all get through this!
What is a growth mindset and how can you incorporate it into your learning process?
To have a growth mindset, one must not give up once one makes a mistake. Learning from it and believing that one can and will do better is a growth mindset. I understand that there may be times when I may not fully understand what I am assigned but reaching out to my professor or peers will help me better understand. Having a growth mindset means knowing failure is just a simple stepping stone to perfecting your knowledge and your success is only as big as your future plans.
What kind of struggles have you encountered so far in your education and how did you overcome these difficulties?
At first, I decided to work on my schoolwork in the evenings but found that I was missing out on my family time. My four-year-old who is a momma’s boy, I’ll admit, noticed how my attention was on my work than on him, and sometimes he would just sit there and fall asleep while waiting for me to finish my schoolwork. I decided to get to work an hour early Monday through Friday and work on my schoolwork so I can have time for my family in the evenings and weekends. It has been a success, and my grades reflect how this strategy was beneficial.
Based on what you saw in the video and read in the article, what advice would you give future students about developing a growth mindset and overcoming difficulties?
If you do not understand an assignment, reach out to your professor for advice. Even though it was said that this class may be a little difficult, not a single statement in the video said it was impossible. Believe in yourself as much as others believe in you. Sometimes it is ok to take a breather if you cannot understand something. Take a 15-minute break, and then start off once again with a fresh mind.

Hello everyone.
A growth mindset is believing one can achieve a set goal through hard work. I can incorporate this into my learning process by setting aside time to read and review the required resources and tackle coursework whenever the time is available for me to do so.
So far, in my education, the main struggles I have had are time management and keeping my concentration while reading and writing.
Based on what I saw in the video and what I read in the article, I can say that my struggles are shared with other students. Also, with the help and advice received by other students and my professors, I can be motivated and questions will be answered to the best ability.
At first, I was skeptical about this subject and how I will perform, but I’m excited to learn about cultural anthropology and what knowledge I can carry along with me.
Good luck everyone. I look forward to getting to know you all better.

What are the most popular types of film in your country and why? Answers to this

What are the most popular types of film in your country and why?
Answers to this question will vary widely according to the country concerned. For example, romantic feature films seem to
receive great popular support in India, and their stars are almost national heroes. This may be due to the lack of good, or indeed any television, combined with the instinct to escape from a deprived environment. In the West, films have not been the major entertainment medium for over twenty years. Almost every home contains a television set and much of what is left of the British film industry is concerned with film-making for this medium. Film stars in the old sense no longer exist. The great days of Hollywood ended with the last war. No longer do families make a weekly outing to the cinema. Today there are less than twenty films showing in the West End of London. In the 30s any provincial town could offer more than this . Today most cinemas have long since become Bingo halls.
However, the film industry, though small, is alive on both sides of the Atlantic, and When a good film is made there is still a make lot of money. Another point in its favor is that the quality o television is deteriorating and seems likely to become
atrocious when cable television is introduced. There will be even more space for rubbish and repeats.
During the past, twenty or so years much has changed in the tasty of filmgoers. For one thing, the cinema of today is the virtual monopoly of young people, unless a film such as ‘Gandhi’ with wide general appeal is put on. Deliberate attempts to entertain the teenager have produced many films with an accent on explicit sex and violence, though more recently such
‘Video nasty’ area. However, the government is trying to prevent home television sets.
One ‘clean’ though juvenile taste which is fairly new is for space fiction films. ‘Star Wars and ‘E. T.’ are a recent example
of overwhelmingly successful production. ‘The Return of the Jedi’ is currently showing in London’s West End
There is no doubt that current popular taste rejects films that set out to be amusing. The Days of Doctor in the House
of situation comedies, of film built around ‘stand-up’ comics such as Arthur Askey, have gone forever. They now form part of the television menu as repeats.
